Porto"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_introduction\">Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_introduction\"><p>Claire Joster is currently recruiting for a reference client in the Financial Services area, which intends to strengthen its internal structure with the integration of an Agile Coach (m\/f).<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<!--more-->\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_function\">Fun\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_function\"><ul> <li>Coaching teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders in Agile values and Lean thinking;<\/li> <li>Designing and delivering training sessions and Agile capability-building initiatives;<\/li> <li>Supporting Agile transformation journeys across multiple levels of the organization;<\/li> <li>Facilitating large-scale planning and strategy sessions (e.g., PI Planning, OKRs, retrospectives);<\/li> <li>Collaborating with leadership to assess team maturity and recommend actionable improvements;<\/li> <li>Promoting the use of Agile metrics to foster a culture of learning and performance;<\/li> <li>Advising on Agile tooling strategy, especially around Jira and Confluence.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requisitos<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><ul> <li>Solid background as an Agile Coach or senior Agile practitioner in complex environments;<\/li> <li>Strong knowledge of frameworks like Scrum, Kanban and SAFe);<\/li> <li>Certified in relevant frameworks (e.g., SPC, ICP-ACC, SAFe Agilist, PSM II\/III, KMP);<\/li> <li>Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills;<\/li> <li>Ability to influence all organizational levels and foster cultural change;<\/li> <li>Experience working with Agile metrics and team performance indicators;<\/li> <li>Groovy scripting or ScriptRunner knowledge (is a plus);<\/li> <li>Fluent in English (spoken and written) &amp;
