Claire Joster is currently recruiting for a reference client in the retail sector, which intends to strengthen its internal structure with the integration of a AI Architect (m\/f).<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Fun\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n

· Define and evolve the ML\/AI architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness;<\/p>

· Design and implement end-to-end ML\/AI pipelines using Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, and—where relevant—tools outside the Azure ecosystem;<\/p>

· Architect solutions to accelerate and strengthen LLM training, fine-tuning, and deployment, including prompt engineering, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and model evaluation;<\/p>

· Ensure best practices in LLMOps, MLOps, CI\/CD for ML models, monitoring, and governance;<\/p>

· Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams and mentor data scientists and AI engineers in architectural best practices;<\/p>

· Continuously evaluate and research new AI\/ML frameworks, tools, and platforms, inside and outside Azure, to improve our capabilities.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n

Requisitos<\/h4>\n

· 5+ years in data science, machine learning engineering, or AI architecture roles.<\/p>

· Hands-on experience with Azure ML, Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Cognitive Services.<\/p>

· Strong background in MLOps: model versioning, deployment, monitoring, CI\/CD (MLflow, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).<\/p>

· Knowledge of LLMOps practices.<\/p>

· Proficiency in Python and ML\/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).<\/p>

· Experience building and deploying LLMs: fine-tuning, serving, and integrating into business applications.<\/p>

· Experience with Multi-Agent frameworks.<\/p>

· Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or Azure Cognitive Search for RAG).<\/p>

· Strong problem-solving, system design, and stakeholder communication skills.<\/p>

· Ability and motivation to research and experiment with new technologies autonomously.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
