Our client operates in the area of Automotive Financial Services.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<!--more-->\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_organization\">Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_organization\"><p>Eurofirms Selection eurofirmsgroup.com<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_function\">Fun\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_function\"><ul> <li>Own and optimize the end-of-contract customer journey, with the objective of maximizing customer retention.<\/li> <li>Design and execute targeted CRM campaigns focused on mid-contract NBO strategies.<\/li> <li>Analyze customer behavior, contract data, and historical performance to develop actionable insights and predictive models.<\/li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Data Analytics, and Dealer Network to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives.<\/li> <li>Define and monitor KPIs for retention and NBO activities; continuously test, learn, and optimize strategies.<\/li> <li>Implement customer segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance communication relevance and timing.<\/li> <li>Support the integration and utilization of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools to scale customer outreach.<\/li> <li>Act as the voice of the customer, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience across digital and physical touchpoints.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requisitos<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><ul> <li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in management, marketing, or similar.<\/li> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a CRM role within the financial services, automotive, mobility, or similar customer-centric industry.<\/li> <li>Proven track record of improving customer retention and driving revenue through CRM and lifecycle marketing.<\/li> <li>Background in automotive financial services (OEM captive finance, leasing, fleet, etc.).<\/li> <li>Experience in working with or managing dealer networks or B2B2C models.<\/li> <li>Familiarity with customer loyalty programs, retention KPIs, and CX metrics.<\/li> <li>Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.<\/li> <li>Strong understanding of customer journey management, data-driven marketing, and personalization techniques.<\/li> <li>Strong analytical skills, including experience with segmentation, targeting, and performance analysis.<\/li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.<br><br><\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_introduction\">Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_introduction\"><p>Claire Joster is looking for a Senior CRM Specialist (m\/f).
