Our client is a company specialized in the Multinational Consumer Goods Company. Currently, they are strengthening their team by looking for an Pharma Sales Representative (m\/f) to support their global projects in Oporto.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Fun\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n
  • Promote and sell the portfolio in pharmacies and parapharmacies;<\/li>
  • Leverage sell-out through pharmacists’ training and engagement;<\/li>
  • Visit the allocated panel of pharmacies according to predefined frequency;<\/li>
  • Identify the potential of the pharmacies and prepare meetings (targets, actions, activities) accordingly;<\/li>
  • Analyze and follow the sell-in and sell-out performance of allocated pharmacies and bricks, identifying opportunities to target;<\/li>
  • Negotiate and apply commercial conditions and buying targets to enhance sell-out;<\/li>
  • Engage with key decision-makers in pharmacies (Technical Directors, buyers, category specialists, etc.);<\/li>
  • Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and activity KPIs, defining and implementing a quarterly plan by pharmacy to achieve targets;<\/li>
  • Train pharmacists to proactively recommend the category and our portfolio.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n

    Requisitos<\/h4>\n

     <\/p>

    • Bachelor’s degree (desired in economics or pharmaceutical studies);<\/li>
    • English proficiency;<\/li>
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a pharmacy sales representative (desired experience in the Consumer Health Care (CHC) market);<\/li>
    • Ability to work with IT systems (CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.);<\/li>
    • Effective negotiation skills;<\/li>
