Claire Joster is currently recruiting for a reference client in car rental services, who aims to strengthen its internal structure with the integration of a QA Automation Engineer (M\/F).<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Automation Development & Execution<\/p>

  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and backend services;<\/li>
  • Expand and optimize the existing automation framework to improve test coverage and maintainability;<\/li>
  • Integrate automated testing into CI\/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment;<\/li>
  • Implement and manage testing tools, environments, and data to ensure consistent, repeatable test execution.<\/li> <\/ul>

    Quality Engineering & Collaboration<\/p>

    • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to define acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and quality benchmarks;<\/li>
    • Identify, document, and track software defects; work with developers to ensure timely resolution;<\/li>
    • Conduct performance, load, and security testing as needed;<\/li>
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on automation tools, best practices, and frameworks.<\/li> <\/ul>

      Continuous Improvement<\/p>

      • Contribute to the evolution of the client overall QA strategy and quality engineering culture;<\/li>
      • Evaluate new tools and technologies that enhance test automation and efficiency;<\/li>
      • Analyze test results and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n

        Requisitos<\/h4>\n
        • 3 -5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation;<\/li>
        • Proficiency with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar;<\/li>
        • Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman;<\/li>
        • Hands-on experience integrating tests into CI\/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent);<\/li>
        • Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile development practices;<\/li>
        • Strong programming or scripting skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#);<\/li>
