Product Strategy & Leadership<\/p>

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for internal business systems and the global car rental booking platform;<\/li>
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to align product priorities with company objectives;<\/li>
  • Serve as both strategist and practitioner – contributing directly to product definition, requirements, and delivery;<\/li>
  • Lead cross-functional planning sessions to evaluate feature impact, dependencies, and timelines;<\/li>
  • Use data and stakeholder feedback to continuously refine and prioritize the product backlog.<\/li> <\/ul>

    Internal Tools & Platform Ownership<\/p>

    • Own the vision and evolution of the client internal systems, ensuring tools effectively support global sales, operations, and customer support teams;<\/li>
    • Partner with the Director of Platform and Corporate Technology to improve integration across systems (Contact Center applications, CRM, ERP, payment gateways, inventory management);<\/li>
    • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and enhance system usability;<\/li>
    • Drive innovation and modernization within the client car rental booking platform, focusing on performance, conversion, and customer experience.<\/li> <\/ul>

      Product Operations & Delivery Excellence<\/p>

      • Establish and manage product operations processes to ensure consistent planning, communication, and reporting across teams;<\/li>
      • Implement tools and frameworks for roadmap visibility, release management, and performance tracking;<\/li>
      • Coordinate release cycles with QA, engineering, and operations to ensure stable and high-quality deployments;<\/li>
      • Track KPIs such as system uptime, product adoption, and delivery velocity to measure impact and guide improvement.<\/li> <\/ul>

        Stakeholder Collaboration<\/p>

        • Act as the key liaison between technology and business functions to translate operational challenges into product solutions;<\/li>
        • Partner with operations, customer service, and finance teams to prioritize initiatives with the highest business value;<\/li>
        • Communicate progress, trade-offs, and results to executive leadership in a clear, data-driven manner.<\/li> <\/ul>

          Leadership & Team Development<\/p>

          • Build and mentor a small, high-performing team of product managers, project owners and business analysts;<\/li>
          • Promote a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and collaborative problem-solving;<\/li>
          • Foster close alignment between product, engineering, and design to accelerate innovation and delivery.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n

            Requisitos<\/h4>\n
            • 8-10 years of experience in product management, including 3+ years in a leadership or head-of-function role;<\/li>
            • Proven success leading hands-on product development for internal business tools or transactional platforms;<\/li>
            • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional delivery;<\/li>
            • Experience working with SaaS, API-driven systems, and data integrations;<\/li>
            • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;<\/li>
