  • Contribute to the development of the product’s strategic plan by analyzing the market, context, consumer trends, and the competition.<\/li>
  • Implement the actions defined in the strategic plan.<\/li>
  •  Plan and execute Brand campaigns, including brand ICP while ensure all marketing activities are consistent with Hi-Q brand positioning and tone.<\/li>
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing initiatives<\/li>
  • Product Portfolio & NPD Management<\/li>
  •  Monitor and drive brand P&L performance to meet or exceed targets.<\/li>
  •  Play a key role in core topline meetings such as Demand Forecasting, Topline, Local innovation meeting (LIM).<\/li>
  •  Building and developing a high-performing brand team—strengthening team capabilities, promoting collaborative culture, fostering a positive, supportive work environment<\/li>
  •  Provide thought leadership and contribute to broader strategic initiatives at the company level. <\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n

    Requisitos<\/h4>\n
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Management;<\/li>
    • Strong interest in marketing and sales;<\/li>
    • Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines;<\/li>
    • Good spoken and written English skills (mandatory);<\/li>
    • Knowledge of digital media and online applications;<\/li>
    • Good knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint;<\/li>
    • Good oral and written communication skills;<\/li>
    • Strong interest in teamwork and interpersonal relationships;<\/li>
