Executive Leadership & Strategic Partnership<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

\u25cf CEO Advisory: Act as a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO to define and execute the technology roadmap;<\/p>

\u25cf Product Partnership: Work in lockstep with the Head of Product, providing healthy challenge and deep collaboration to balance rapid feature development with long-term architectural stability;<\/p>

\u25cf Technology Strategy: Define the technical strategy and architecture, ensuring it remains future-proof, secure, resilient and aligned with the business strategy;<\/p>

\u25cf Global Stakeholder Management: Represent the Technology department to internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations) and manage critical external vendor and partner relationships worldwide;<\/p>

Global Team Management & Mentorship<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

\u25cf Distributed Leadership: Lead, mentor, and uplift a diverse team of onshore and offshore engineers and managers;<\/p>

\u25cf Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit new elite technical talent to expand our existing high-performance team;<\/p>

\u25cf Culture of Excellence: Foster an inclusive environment that prioritizes career development, accountability, and open communication;<\/p>

Technical Execution & Innovation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

\u25cf Architectural Oversight: Provide hands-on guidance for major projects, focusing on scalable, event-driven architectures and cloud-native systems;<\/p>

\u25cf AI & Emerging Tech: Lead the Technology team to architect and integrate AI-powered solutions and machine learning into our global platform;<\/p>

\u25cf Modern Practices: Drive the consistent use of Agile methodologies, DevOps workflows,and CI\/CD pipelines to optimize delivery velocity;<\/p>

Operational Excellence & Risk Management<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

\u25cf Risk Ownership: Manage and own technology risk across the entire organization, ensuring platform security and proactive mitigation of vulnerabilities;<\/p>

\u25cf Infrastructure & Security: Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS) and manage cloud costs while ensuring compliance with industry standards;<\/p>

\u25cf Transparency: Refine comprehensive technical documentation to streamline knowledge sharing and improve operational efficiency.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n

Requisitos<\/h4>\n

\u25cf 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role managing multiple disciplines;<\/p>

\u25cf Proven success managing large-scale, distributed global organizations (including vendor and offshore management);<\/p>

\u25cf Expertise in architectural design, modern web APIs, and cloud-native systems;<\/p>

\u25cf Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships;<\/p>

Preferred:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

\u25cf Experience leading R&D or Innovation teams specifically focused on AI\/ML;<\/p>

\u25cf Familiarity with travel, mobility, or high-volume e-commerce platforms;<\/p>
