It is currently strengthening its team and looking for a Field Trainner Manger (m\/f) to support its projects in Lisbon.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<!--more-->\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_organization\">Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_organization\"><p>Eurofirms Selection https:\/\/www.selectionbyeurofirms.com\/pt\/pt\/<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_function\">Fun\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_function\"><ul> <li>Co-develop the local HC Learning Strategy.<\/li> <li>Contribute to the vision and roadmap for HC Learning &amp; Development.<\/li> <li>Review and refine the current portfolio to meet organizational needs.<\/li> <li>Create learning offers using formats like mentoring, e-learning, classroom training, and simulations.<\/li> <li>Apply best practices in learning design.<\/li> <li>Manage logistics and execution of training sessions.<\/li> <li>Track and evaluate program effectiveness and impact.<\/li> <li>Build strong relationships with global\/local L&amp;D communities.<\/li> <li>Advise departments on training delivery and usability of field tools.<\/li> <li>Collaborate with field managers to support individual development.<\/li> <li>Maintain relationships with vendors and consultants.<\/li> <li>Meet regularly with HC Leads\/HRD to align on needs and progress.<\/li> <li>Implement and monitor coaching frameworks.<\/li> <li>Coach HC Advisors and Managers to enhance functional competencies.<\/li> <li>Promote development initiatives as growth opportunities.&nbsp;<\/li> <li>Role model continuous learning through personal upskilling.&nbsp;<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requisitos<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><ul> <li>Bachelor degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or related fields).<\/li> <li>Specialization in training, teaching techniques, coaching, and learning evaluation.<\/li> <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in flield for pharma or medical visits.
