Our client operates in the area of Automotive Financial Services.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<!--more-->\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_organization\">Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_organization\"><p>Eurofirms Selection eurofirmsgroup.com<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_function\">Fun\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_function\"><ul> <li>Overseeing and coordinating the three functional teams within the Sales Hub, ensuring their objectives are fully aligned with the company&rsquo;s overall strategy;<\/li> <li>Creating and executing initiatives aimed at improving sales performance and streamlining operational processes;<\/li> <li>Encouraging a mindset of continuous improvement supported by insights derived from data analysis;<\/li> <li>Interpreting complex data sets and converting findings into clear, actionable plans and persuasive business insights;<\/li> <li>Designing and delivering training initiatives focused on product expertise, sales-related soft skills, and alignment with Brand and SIVA strategic guidelines, positioning knowledge as a key driver of performance.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requisitos<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><ul> <li>At least five years of proven experience in people management positions;<\/li> <li>Previous exposure to the Financial Services and\/or Automotive sectors.<\/li> <li>Excellent analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate data into meaningful and engaging stories.<\/li> <li>Strong strategic vision combined with a clear focus on achieving results.<\/li> <li>A proactive, innovative, and flexible approach, well suited to a dynamic and fast-moving environment.<\/li> <li>Full professional proficiency in English.<\/li> <li>Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with international stakeholders.<\/li> <li>Experience with Power BI or comparable analytical tools, as well as familiarity with Agile ways of working (considered an advantage, but not essential).<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_introduction\">Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_introduction\"><p>Claire Joster is looking for a Hub Sales Manager (m\/f).
