The organization is currently strengthening its team and is looking to hire a <strong>Project Scheduling Engineer <\/strong>(m\/f) to support its global projects based in <strong>Lisbon<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<!--more-->\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_function\">Fun\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_function\"><p><strong>Reporting to the Head of Project , this professional will be responsible for:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Develop, analyse and control project schedules from initial planning through final delivery.<\/li> <li>Review and validate contractor and supplier schedules, including deviation analysis and extension\u2011of\u2011time requests.<\/li> <li>Collect and analyse planning inputs from Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Management to ensure integrated schedules.<\/li> <li>Implement and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for scope control and progress monitoring.<\/li> <li>Ensure accuracy and reliability of schedule dates, milestones and reported progress.<\/li> <li>Monitor baselines, perform what\u2011if scenario analyses, and support the development of contingency plans.<\/li> <li>Prepare and update progress and planning reports for project teams and clients, including SPI, CPI, MTA, S\u2011curves and look\u2011ahead schedules.<\/li> <li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning and scheduling processes, tools and methodologies.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>Work Arrangement: On\u2011site (with the possibility of 1 day of remote work per week).<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requisitos<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><ul> <li>Degree or Bachelor&rsquo;s in Engineering;<\/li> <li>Preferred experience in Energy, Oil &amp; Gas, Refining, Mining or Industrial Chemical\/Petrochemical industries;<\/li> <li>Proficiency in project scheduling tools (Primavera P6);<\/li> <li>Availability to travel and work abroad;<\/li> <li>Language skills: fluent English;<\/li> <li>Target-oriented, proactive and a strong team player.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_introduction\">Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_introduction\"><p>Our client is a company specialized in Engineering Consulting and Industrial Project Management.
