Claire Joster is currently recruiting for a reference client in the Industry Sector, who aims to strengthen its internal structure with the integration of an OT Technician (m\/f).<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  • Provide technical support for OT systems used in manufacturing environments (industrial PCs, applications, data collection systems, SCADA\/MES interfaces);<\/li>
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial networks including IP addressing, NAT, port forwarding, and basic firewall rules;<\/li>
  • Support and maintain applications deployed on production lines, ensuring high availability and rapid incident resolution;<\/li>
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to network connectivity, application behavior, and system performance;<\/li>
  • Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, automation, and IT teams;<\/li>
  • Participate in deployment, upgrade, and lifecycle management of OT assets;<\/li>
  • Ensure compliance with OT cybersecurity and industrial standards;<\/li>
  • Document configurations, incidents, and standard operating procedures;<\/li>
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of OT support processes and industrial digitalization initiatives.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n

    Requisitos<\/h4>\n
    • Technical degree or higher education in Industrial IT, Automation, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field;<\/li>
    • 2–5 years of experience in OT, industrial IT, or technical support in manufacturing environments;<\/li>
    • Experience with industrial or OT networks (TCP\/IP, NAT, Port Forwarding);<\/li>
    • Experience in application and system support within production environments;<\/li>
    • Familiarity with manufacturing companies (automotive industry is a plus);<\/li>
    • Basic knowledge of industrial PCs, Windows-based systems, network switches, and firewalls;<\/li>
    • Knowledge of OT\/IT cybersecurity principles (is a plus);<\/li>
    • English (B2–C1) – mandatory;<\/li>
