The role in a nutshell
In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing SAP development solutions for Glencores diverse systems.
Your expertise in SAP development technologies across different SAP modules will be crucial in driving successful new development initiatives and maintaining the current SAP landscape.

Función
More specifically, you will be expected to:
Create new SAP solutions to meet customer needs and requirements;
Enhance existing custom SAP solutions in response to customer requests;
Utilise your expertise to efficiently resolve incidents with custom SAP solutions;
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of business processes and the SAP solution;
Delivery of end-to-end solutions with minimal supervision;
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and other ad hoc related-projects.
Requisitos
Do you have what it takes?
Completed studies in a relevant field;
A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ECC or SAP S4 Hana;
Demonstrated experience developing solutions in at least one of the process areas such as FI/CO, PS, MM, PM or SD;
Exposure to a variety of ABAP development technologies – ALV reports, Interfacing (IDOC and API), Conversions, Adobe Forms/Smart Forms, custom enhancements, and modifications;
An experience with SAPUI5/Fiori development will be highly regarded;
Ability to work independently under limited supervision to deliver high quality SAP solutions to meet customer needs, in line with defined architectural standards;
Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a global team;
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude;
Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.

Language : As you will be part of a global team, you must be able to communicate fluently in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of other languages such as French, German and/or Spanish is desirable.
Travel: Some occasional travelling may be required.
