Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing technical and commercial inquiries.
Prepare detailed offers and conduct follow-up activities to ensure client satisfaction.
Manage sales price calculations and stock lists using SAP.
Handle and coordinate repairs and complaints to resolve issues effectively.
Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Requisitos
deal Candidate Profile:
A technical background or relevant experience, particularly in customer-facing roles.
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and MS Dynamics.
Professional Czech Language Skills.
Good command of the English language to communicate effectively across teams.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Residing in Podolí or within a 1-hour commuting distance.
