Organización

Our client is one of the leading independent automotive aftermarket parts distributors in Europe. It operates in most of Europe and is a subsidiary of the world’s largest automotive aftermarket distributor, with activities all over the world.

We are looking for a strategic figure in the field of finance, with experience in multinational groups and a senior profile in the execution of transformation plans, company integration processes and process optimization.

Función

PROFILE:

  • Large experience in finance department, mainly in financial services, transactional (AR, AP) and consolidation
  • Experience in finance transformation (lean processes, review and implementation of new processes, automatization, outsourcing,…)
  • Ideally, experience in integration processes

Oferta

OBJECTIVES:

  • Ensure the correct execution of the department’s transformation plan
  • Ensure the integration of the acquired companies
  • Control over the financial services area (accounting and administration) now in the hands of a single person.

 

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Coordination of organization’s accounting-consolidation-reporting system. This comprises all required financial reporting, monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, 5-year financial plans, and budgeting and forecasting.
  • Overseeing the consolidation, accounting and transactional services systems of the organization.
  • Accounting and Reporting integration leader for new acquired companies.
  • Identify best practices in Processes and implementation in all perimeter
  • Leader of migration ERP project. Coordination of financial reporting and book to report process with existing ERPs
  • Participation in budgets and forecasting process
  • Create secure processes to ensure data is accurate and confidential.
  • Ascertain all accounting endeavours and audits comply with financial laws and rules.

 

CHALLENGES:

  • Adapt Finance Services and transactional area to the new environment
  • Ensure that accounts are provided accurate
  • Ensure process provides information to Reporting on time
  • Automation of financial/accounting Processes (adaptation)
  • Support to CFO in transformation, centralization and externalization process
  • Support to CFO in execution of efficiency and productivity plan in Finance Dep.
  • Training the Team to ensure correct performance
  • Support to CFO in transition of functions

Información

Group’s central services are in Bilbao, however the candidate can reside anywhere in Spain as long as he/she is geographically mobile during the week.
