HR Business Partner – Lisbon

Introdução

Our client is a company specialized in the Multinational Consumer Goods Company. Currently, they are strengthening their team by looking for an HR Business Partner (m/f) to support their global projects in Lisbon.

Função

  • Contribute to and support the strategic definition of the company’s Human Resources policy;
  • Provide input, develop and actively participate in the different themes, namely: recruitment and selection, training, development, performance appraisal, engagement and organisational culture;
  • Establish relationships of partnership and trust with the different managers, with the aim of facilitating and guaranteeing the smooth implementation of the Human Resources strategy, as well as maximising team performance;
  • Develop and implement actions to welcome and integrate new employees;
  • Manage and resolve the most complex labour relations issues with employees;
  • Draw up regular KPI reports/charts and propose the necessary improvement actions/action plans to achieve the defined objectives.

 

Requisitos

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Social Sciences or similar areas;
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar role or in a development role in the HR area;
  • Fluent in English (mandatory);
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent knowledge of labour legislation;
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • High communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to motivate and work with the rest of the team;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and rigour in the quality of work;
  • Internal customer and results orientated;
  • High organisational and planning skills;
  • Proactivity, initiative and dynamism.
